After extracting the downloaded 7z file contents just place the entire folder
"FPS Trash To Treasures" into your Mods folder and you should be ready to go.
Installs just like almost every mod and does not require a new game.
There are 2 main features to this mod.
First, this mod will increase the spawning of books in mailboxes, file cabinets,
bookcases, bookstore shelves and Crack-A-Book boxes.
It should eliminate the scrap paper found in the mailboxes, also.
In addition, the Crafting Skill Books will be more "potent"... by reading one
you will get the effects of having read two.
To sum it up, more books available but less crafting skill books needed!

Random Regrowing Wild Crops
Wild crops grow randomly in most biomes and will regrow after being harvested.
30K Stacks
Stacks most items and some blocks to 30,000. Some blocks are hardcoded and can't be changed from the default of 500. Also the folder name has a z in front of it, this is to load this toward the end of your load order which will allow it to affect new items and blocks added by other modlets.
