True Elden Lord (Prototype)  

The goal of this mod is to finally make you feel like you truly are an Elden Lord, weapon upgrade is better, max HP and FP are increased, defense is increased and talismans are now worth it.

CHANGES:
Weapons on max level now truly will kill gods, no more mimic
HP max is now 10k 
FP max is now 1k 
Talismans are buffed into truly being build defiant, example: the crimson amber Crimson Amber Medallion gives on base 10% extra HP and the +2 version gives 30%
Green turtle talisman has the old glory of chloranthy ring from Dark souls 1 and regenerates 20 points of stamina.
The damage increase talismans now truly make a difference 
and the RTSR gives 50% extra dmg on low HP instead of measly 20%

All these changes are to make the player in the end feel like an Elden lord, a being powerful enough to either usher in a new age or try to reform the old one.

INSTALATION AND WARNING:
Please before installing make a copy of the original regulation.bin file

as for installation just copy paste the mods regulation.bin file into the games folder.
