Elden Stars Balance Adjustment
Elden Stars is considered a legendary spell. But it actually isnt. If you're tired of this crappy peashooter that is supposed to be useful for Faith builds, you've come in the right place. Changes to Elden Stars: FP cost 43(47) Stamina cost 44(48) added effect: second to last projectile causes long stagger, explosion causes knockdown on the floor. All projectiles (including explosion) deal 50% more Holy damage (40, 122, 398). To use, unpack the game via UXM and override regulation.bin. For OFFLINE usage only.
