Description:

A Shortcut Button to regenerate a world surface. You can access shortcuts using the tiny button to the right of your quickbar.

If you have added or removed mods, or changed mod settings that affect terrain generation this utility can apply those changes to your current game.

Regenerating a surface will be completely rebuild the existing terrain to match the current terrain generation settings. This removes any hard edges on terrain chunk-generation and ensures that any newly generated terrain will match up.

You will lose some game progress:
Explored areas may go dark.
Enemy bases may respawn.
Depleted resources and trees may reappear.

If parts of your base would be put underwater landfill will be placed under structures to keep them safe.
