Unzip the file and put the .pak .ucas and .utoc into the ~mods folder.

Replaces face slot 14 with an edited mesh. Keep in mind that this was just a short test and not something I actually planned on posting, there might be some oddities idk (in addition to the in-game face not properly reflecting the actual face).
