Short Skirts With Less Clipping in all Player Outfits  

This mod replaces all skirts in the female player's outfit with a shorter skirt with a stylized hem, and I've reduced the clipping into the shirts/vests and legs.  Physics follows the legs to avoid clipping.  Cloth physics is a WIP.

I decided to make this mod because I found that the existing mods which shorten skirts for some of the player's outfits often conflict with each other or crash the game if more than one is installed, probably because many of them use the same chunk ID.   I wanted a mod which shortens all the female player's skirts regardless of her outfit, and that will be fully compatible with other mods I'm releasing.  I also wanted to fix the clipping issues that I've seen when mixing skirts with different tops. 

Features:
- Shortens all skirts (but not dresses, yet) in all female player's outfit where she is wearing a skirt.
- Short skirts have custom-designed hems.
- Skirts all have physics which makes them follow the legs to avoid clipping.  Support for full cloth physics is a WIP.
- Extended legs/socks to eliminate the gap between the short skirts and the top of the legs/socks. 
- Skirt mod uses chunk ID 103, so it is compatible with other mods not using chunk ID 103 (and not touching the skirt meshes).
- Extended legs/socks mod uses chunk ID 107, so it is compatible with other mods not using chunk ID 107.

Known issues:
- Some clipping for some robes.  Mod works best with robes removed.

To install:
 - If you are using this mod standalone, then install BOTH the z_103_shorten_all_player_skirts_P utoc/ucas/pak  AND the z_107_extend_default_socks_P utoc/ucas/pak .
 - If you are using this mod together with one of my sock mods, such as my silky tights mod, then ONLY install the z_103_shorten_all_player_skirts_P utoc/ucas/pak, along with the desired utoc/ucas/pak from one of my sock mods.
