Halloween Tashigi
Pretty sure you can guess who Tashigi decided to dress up as for Halloween. Based on a costume from a new game I haven't actually tried yet, Enigma of Sepia. Uses the v2 Mod Loader.
Install by copying the contents of the HalloweenTashigi.zip archive into your OPPW4_PATCHER folder inside your OPPW4 directory.

You CAN run both mod loaders at the same time with no issues. Mods will need to be created for each loader differently and the installation method is different so mods for one loader are not compatible with the other loader.
The minimum comment length is 10 characters.
