Features:
Throughout your play-through, you may hear a singular murmur in the horde, a voice at the door as it tries to break in, pleading souls hidden away, lost minds of men giving guidance or begging for mercy as well as lot more.
This occurrence is exceptional rare (0.1% chance but adjustable), you may forget this mod even exists. It is purely text-based as well as state-sensitive depending on what the zombie is doing, their minds are extremely degraded and they can barely say no more than 1 to 4 words. This mod is meant to be an immersive, somewhat vanilla-friendly, creepy horror mod and it should work in Multiplayer.
This is my first mod, hope you enjoy :) There is a lot that i'd like to add to this, such as even more whispers, multi-speak lines, state-sensitivity based on current zombie decay level (how far they are gone), a whole bunch more creepy scenarios where they can talk, actual audio voice lines and more but unfortunately I am not a very competent coder, so if you'd be interested in helping out, let me know.

Severe Non-Lethal Infections
This mod adjusts how non-lethal zombie infections work and adds extra penalties for getting a non-lethal zombie infection. I wanted to find a middle ground between a zombie infection auto-killing a character and the current non-lethal infections, which do almost nothing.
Pillow's Random Spawns
There are 2,401 hand picked spawn points across the entire map.Many of these spots are businesses or interesting locations across the map.
The Engineer
Let's you craft generators, car battery chargers, blow torches, speakers, remotes and much more. Also lets you disassemble everything and gives a lot more stuff(Depending on electrical skill) from various devices you can disassemble.
