ExtraNoise's 1987 Countach

After Ferruccio Lamborghini--renowned Italian tractor builder--was snubbed by Enzo Ferrari while showing Ferrari a better way to build clutches, Lamborghini partnered with the design firm Bertone to design Lamborghini's first car: the Lamborghini Miura. It was widely praised for its lively spirit and futuristic design. Its successor, the Countach, debuted in 1971 and was so popular it was produced from 1974 through the 1990 model year. It has been in countless films and television shows and its wedge-shaped design has adorned the bedroom walls of youth around the world for decades. While the Miura is now said to be the first supercar, the Countach is the car that caused the term to be originally coined.

There is a lot of debate about the meaning of its name. It comes from a Piedmont dialect and literally means "plague" or "contagion," but these definitions fail to express that it's used as a semi-vulgar expressive declaration that might be better translated to "HOLY SH*T!"

"HOLY SH*T" is exactly what you'll be saying as you accelerate past 120 through hordes of zombies as you wildly escape Louisville... in style!

About
This mod adds the Lamborghini Countach LP5000 Quattrovalvole (5000 QV) to the game.

It comes in four different color options replicating the original colors the vehicle was offered in.

This vehicle features functional scissor doors, opening half-windows, and a leather interior that you can see. It also has an opening engine bay and trunk located in the back.

Ethos
My goal is to release cars that fit naturally into the game world and stylistically match the base-game's textures and art design. Additionally, I've also strive for my work to be ultra light-weight (to keep performance smooth) and to look great with other vehicle mods that share a similar ethos, such as Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars and improvement mods such as the Vanilla Vehicle Enhancer, among others.
