More visible beartraps

Armaduras in Ashley's section won't attack.

Disables the spotlight attached to the camera as well as artificial lighting around partner NPCs (Luis/Ashley), allowing for more immersive visuals.

Overwrites all 32 charms to have "almost" every effect in the game at ludacris values. These should all work but I haven't been able to test them all in all different scenarios so your mileage may vary.
