Hax's Bolt Reanimation
Reanimation for the bolt item movement and throws.
Reanimation for the bolt item. Just wanted an improvement on vanilla anomaly, didn't do anything crazy here. Will overwrite bolt.ltx from any weapon overhaul you have installed (like ProVak's) but it should work just fine. Also changed the bolt mesh to be much smaller in the hand so it fit the animation better. I locked the hud fov to .4 for aesthetics, but if it bothers you, remove the "hud fov = .4" line from bolt.ltx.
I may do some other items or weapons in the future, depends how much time I have.

Reduces the number of boars that spawn in Fanatic's training mission. Also some mutant spawns around Rookie VIllage are disabled for the first day/week.
