Guide Task fix
Fixes the bug that would cause guide tasks to stop being offered.
Also task will be available for a minimum of 1 in game hour now, up to 6.
Fixed crash on new game. Damn this script is a mess.

Descriptive Stash Coordinates (Update 2)
Whenever you receive stash coordinates, its corresponding PDA message should now contain the stash's level and its approximate location in that level.
