[DLTX]New weapon pack V1

Adds several weapons: "PTRS", "KSVK", M60E3, M82A2, AS50, CheyTac M200 ported from different mods.

DLTX and BAS are required. Adds new weapons

mag_redux patch added and weapons added to NPCs

Fixed a conflict with the Highcal addon
