Midtown Movie Theater  

I wanted a simple and functional movie theater to use with my Movie Theater Lot Trait that my Sims could visit and have fun at. This is that movie theater! It includes two large screens, popcorn makers and vending machines, authentic theater seating, public unisex restroom, and a lounge with a fully stocked bar and small stage for live music and comedy performances! The authentic theater seating is custom content but that’s the only custom content in this entire build! Unless you count my lot trait but that lot trait isn’t required; it’s just a suggested add-on. I tried to use as few packs as I could but I also wanted to create the best looking theater that I could so compromises had to be made. I hope you’re able to use this in your game! As with all my builds, this has been extensively play-tested with my own Sims and is packaged up as ready-to-use!
