This preference mod was a request and once I saw that request, I wondered how in the world this was not an already available base game preference feature?!? I mean, when you think of major hobbies, reading is right up there as the topmost loved or hated hobby amongst so many!

This mod does just what it says, it makes Sims autonomously choose to sit at dining tables when eating rather than standing or choosing odd places like desks and sofas.

I absolutely love the playable Scientist career from the Get to Work Expansion Pack! I’ve always been disappointed that there was no aspiration in the pack for any of the careers.

I think that the manicures that were added to the Spa Day GP refresh were a fantastic addition by the Maxis team. I just don’t think that having said manicures last only two days was such a great idea. Maybe if “ I” had that high-maintenance trait… but I’m a very low maintenance type of gal.

I LOVE being a farmer type Sim now that I have the Cottage Living EP but to make the most of it, I had to use up all of my trait slots for things that seemed like they should be all together in one trait.

The Goofball trait was just too… goofy. I needed something different for a very specific Sim/character that I had in mind that I wanted to create and so, I created this new trait!

This trait can be difficult to play but that is the point because depression, especially clinical depression, is difficult to live with in real life as well. I hope this trait will give people who don’t suffer from this ailment first-hand some better perspective and a little more respect for those

I created this mod mainly because my Archaeology Custom Preference Mod does not work with the faster archaeology mod by LittleMsSam. So, I had to create my own similar (but not duplicate) mod that was compatible with my preference mod.

For my second set of new holiday traditions I bring you activities from Island Living! They are especially loved by Children of the Island and Children of the Ocean Sims plus some activities are also loved by Active, Outdoorsy, and Adventurous Sims.

This collection of holiday traditions requires a random assortment of packs to do all of the included traditions. Luckily, each tradition is its own package file so you can just delete the packages of the traditions you don’t have the packs for!
