Scientist Extraordinaire Aspiration
I absolutely love the playable Scientist career from the Get to Work Expansion Pack! I’ve always been disappointed that there was no aspiration in the pack for any of the careers. Well, now we have one for the Scientist career right here with yet another on the way! I had a lot of fun creating this one and testing it out. I hope you find it both fun and challenging to play through as well. Remember, that the Get to Work Expansion Pack is required for this Aspiration to work! That’s the only requirement though!

The reward for completing the aspiration is the trait:
Mad Genius: No great genius has ever existed without a touch of madness and your Sim is no exception! They now have an occasional ultra-focus and can laugh manically on command! They also learn all mental skill faster than the average Sim.
Here are the buffs you can expect from this trait:
Singular Focus (Focus +6) – Your Sim currently has a mad singular focus. On what? I don’t know! Find out!
- The Age Away Serum will be your Sim’s final breakthrough (breakthrough #21)
- Each goal with doing something to a specific number of Sims means it must be done to unique Sims. You can’t keep doing the same interaction to the same Sim over and over to achieve the goal
- When using the Ghost Goo Serum and scaring Sims, the Sims you scare MUST be standing up or walking. For some reason, the game won’t let you scare Sims that are sitting down
- For the Mind Control 10 Sims with SimRay goal, you can use any mind control action. It just needs to be on 10 unique Sims
