- Female Sims with the Size Queen trait receive an embarrassment buff when they have sex with a Sim without the Big Dick trait.
- Female Sims with the "Queen Size" trait get an angry moodlet when having sex with Sims without the "Big Cock" trait, which can be removed by waiting 24 sim hours or by having sex with any Sim who has the "Big Cock" trait .
