Phone Call Overhaul
This mod adds extra tests to make the phone calls your sims receive less intrusive.
If the phone call involves travelling to a different lot/having another sim come over and your sim is:
• On low Hygiene
• On low Energy
• On a vacation
• Sleeping
Then it won’t go through.
If it’s a normal phone call (dialogue-only), the sim just needs to be awake.
You will also no longer receive phone calls from ghosts or strangers (unless when it makes sense).
If there's a negative sentiment between the sims, they won't call each other.

Emotional instability reduction in teens
Reduced the duration of the +50 Negative Moodlet of the Emotionally Unstable line that can be attached to Teens in Parenthood from 8 hours to 4 hours. In addition, it will be a normal walking speed.
