Give your Sim the Tattoo Parlor trait located in the lifestyle category.
Setup your Tattoo Parlor with a build and give the venue the Generic venue type.
From a basegame computer (all in one power pc) on the lot, select open Tattoo Parlor. This will spawn several customers.
Use the All In One Styling Station for (Get Famous) to give your sims new tattoos.
You can collect payments every 24 hours from the tattoo parlor.
Click on the customers for the Tattoo Customer social menu.

"Cute" Trait
A trait in the Social category, Baby to Elder. "This sim has good social skills and makes others happy." My first try at this, so I hope it's alright! (If you have ideas for improvements/additions let me know)
Small Archaeology Overhaul
Getting this to work was/is a bit triggy because all Interactions are Progress based regarding the Mixer Interactions Sims are doing while doing the Main Interaction and not based on time frames.
