Age Group Custom Preferences V1.5
This brings a new preferences category of Age Groups.
- A Sim will have their own reactions, autonomy, & faster and slower relationships built with other Sims depending on their own Age, Preferences, and Relationship Levels with the other Sims.
- You can pick and choose any of the custom preferences in CAS.
- Base game compatible. No other requirement!
- Compatible with any other mods.

I present to you the Anime Mod! I have replace all of the movies that come with the Movie Hangout Stuff Pack with anime clips! I've made two sets, so that you can alternate between different animes that you like!

Have you noticed that there are very few character traits for kids in the game? But sometimes you really want variety for our children. This mod will bring as many as 7 new and very interesting features for this age group. Now your kids will have something to strive for!

Widowers Inc. Insurance Service
It has come to my attention that there is apparently no functional life insurance mod for TS4 at present times, and while I was asked to look into a preexisting one, I'm not comfortable doing that considering the creator is still around, even if their mod hasn't been updated in a long time.

School of Magic Skelehilda / Magic School (04.03.2024)
This is a new school for teenagers (my sim is a wizard) and in order to start training in it, you will need to leave high school. To do this, you need to use the MCCC (command center) settings or this mod from Triplis.
