Lifetime Aspirations Reworked  

The old Lifetime Aspirations post was getting too crammed and confusing, the complete mod has been rewritten from scratch and there have been plenty of additions and changes to it, so I decided to make a new post instead.

When updating this mod, please DELETE ALL OLD FILES! A LOT has changed about this mod. Accidentally keeping the old files together with the new ones WILL cause errors!

What this mod does:

Aspirations are Split into 3 different folders you can pick and choose from:

01 Lifetime Aspirations:

• Changes the in-game aspirations to have a single goal instead of tiered goals, designed to take most of your adult Sim's life.
• Every Lifetime Aspiration rewards 5.000 satisfaction points and the "Fulfilled" trait, which grants a permanent Happy moodlet; the old aspiration reward traits have been moved to the rewards store.
• Teen and Child aspirations are separated from the main mod files in respective folders and can be taken out, if you only wish to use the main aspirations. They reward lesser points and do not reward the "Fulfilled" trait.
• This part of the mod comes with a script ("NC4T_LifetimeAspirations.ts4script"), which is optional. This script is necessary if you want to see the game's original aspiration reward traits in the rewards store; you can take it out if you don't want this.
• Adds a new "Occult" category where all occult aspirations are in (Vampires, Werewolves, Aliens, Paranormal, etc.). Occult aspirations reward lesser points and do not reward the "Fulfilled" trait.

02 New Aspirations:

• Adds new single-goal aspirations to the mod.
• Every Lifetime Aspiration rewards 5.000 satisfaction points and the "Fulfilled" trait, which grants a permanent Happy moodlet.
• Child aspirations are separated from the main mod files in respective folders and can be taken out, if you only wish to use the main aspirations. They reward lesser points and do not reward the "Fulfilled" trait.
• Adds a new "Occult" category where all occult aspirations are in (Vampires, Werewolves, Aliens, Paranormal, etc.). Occult aspirations reward lesser points and do not reward the "Fulfilled" trait.

03 Elder Aspirations:

• Adds new single-goal aspirations specifically created for Elder Sims, found in a new "Elder" category
• Elder Aspirations reward 2.000 satisfaction points and the "Young at Heart" trait upon completion, which lets Elder Sims tire less quickly and gives them a lesser chance of dying from exhaustion.
• If an Elder Sim has completed a Lifetime Aspiration before they complete an Elder aspiration, they will additionally be rewarded with the "Fulfilled Life" trait and will no longer be afraid of Death - they have lived a long, happy life and have done everything they ever wanted; they are at peace.
• This part of the mod comes with a script ("NC4T_ElderAspirations.ts4script"). This script is necessary to have the Elder category show up on Elder Sims.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: The Elder category will NOT show up in CAS. This is due to the way the aspirations are hidden. Once your Sim ages up to Elder, you will need to either travel with them, or bring them to CAS once for the category to show up.

Installation instructions:

• Extract the folder "NC4T_LifetimeAspirationsReworked" and move it into your mods folder - Please remember that scripts can only go one folder deep (recommended path: Mods/NC4T_LifetimeAspirationsReworked/<script files and subfolders with package files>
• This is a big mod with a lot of files. Generally, you can pick and choose the folders and only keep what you like and delete the rest.
• Inside the folders are files named by packs - REMOVE the files for packs you do not own!
• The NC4T_LifetimeAspirations.ts4script file is optional and can be removed
• If you choose to keep the Elder Aspirations, the NC4T_ElderAspirations.ts4script file is necessary for it to work.
• Teen and Child Aspirations are separated from the main mod in subfolders and can be removed without issues
