K101 Builder Mod
It’s a replacement to all of EAxis floors. ALL. OF. THEM. Base Game, Expansion Pack and Game Pack included. In-game and in Build mode.
We reworked everything but kept it EAxis. In most cases, we kept the colours and the style of EAxis, what is plank wood is still plank wood. More texturized, in higher definition, with more details and realism. A floor that is less plastic, more grounded.
It’s the next step of K 505 Terrain Mod. While K 505 was all about pixelated feet on real grass. The K 101 Builder Mod is the natural extension. We’ve done outside. Now we’re doing inside.
It’s the next level of our work. And we hope, the next level of the CC scene.
Therapist Career
Therapist Career with 5 different paths: Social Worker, Life Coach, Marriage Counsellor, Psychologist and Psychiatrist. Install all files (3) in your mods folder to add this new career to your game.
Default Replacement Horse for Base Game Bicycle
This mod will replace the Base Game bicycle (the one with flowers in a basket) with a horse. Useful for historical saves where you do not want bikes.
My Wedding Nightmare Fixes
Only one actually, because I don't have the pack but the buffs were added in the base game, I can use those to force the outfit change, and it's a rather simple fix.
Functional Hot Drink Vending Machine & Water Fountain
A nice addition to your Sims' offices! Take a short break from work and have a glass of cool water or a hot drink to rejuvenate! With a fully functional cooler, your Sim can drink water to quench their thirst.
