Residential History Mod [Outdated]
The mod works on residential and public lots and adds special properties to them. Do you want to build a house where Sims will constantly feel like someone is watching them and see voices? Or make it so that everyone in the library is really silent, and romance is in the air in the cafe? Then this mod is for you.
The developer offers eight new lot properties with their own stories:
- History of the Void
- history of happiness,
- dark story,
- family history,
- death story,
- history of infection
- history of religion,
- History of Romance.
The selected property of the lot will influence the behavior of the Sims who visit it. Which, in general, is logical, because in life the environment greatly affects our mood and productivity. Of course, the mod adds several new actions that would not exist in the game without it. For example, you can talk about the frightening voices that Sims occasionally hear on a lot with the Death Story trait.

Random Traits & Aspirations
The birthday dialog no longer appears. Instead, when sims age up from any life stage between baby and YA, a random, weighted, age-appropriate trait and aspiration will be selected for them (if applicable). This does NOT add randomization to CAS!
Nature Walk For Everyone
Sims not in the gardening career can also do nature walks and will gain gardening skills from doing it.
