Faster University Graduation
I was really surprised when I get an the Discover University and my sim, who was also a member of the football team, had to spend at least 3 weeks having 4 classes a week and play football several times a week and that was quite uncomfortable to play. Later, I accidentaly failed one of the classes, and my sim finally graduated after 4 weeks in Uni, being already an adult.
So I made this mod to reduce credit hours to make the process of study less annoying. The mod changes only the number of credit hours to graduate, nothing else has been changed (you still can take 1 to 4 classes a week as you want)
There are 3 flavours of the mod (please choose the only one!) - 4 credit hours (so degree can be get in one week), 6 credit hours, 8 credit hours.

Minimalist Main Menu - v2b
A clean and minimalist main menu without any distractions, now removing Scenarios as well. If you want to use the scenarios for New Game you'll need to temporarily remove the mod.

Chemistry System 9i (29.02.2024)
This is a chemistry system mod where you can add skills and traits as Turn Ons/Turn Offs (aka preferences) with different levels (example: +10 for Active and -3 for Genius).
No Map Lot Outlines
This mod just removes the white outlines around the lots and makes the map look more realistic.

Lot Property - Haunted Locations
This property has been exported from the new lot type, which is responsible for gameplay functionality. The property does not override the original lot type and if, for example, you want spirits to appear in apartments, you can implement this in the game using this mod.
