RoM - Simple Craftable Wands, Brooms & Tomes

I really like the idea of crafting wands and brooms, problem I have with that mod? The crafting is tied to a career, and I don't want custom careers.I just wanted to craft wands, have a more in-deep crafting process, yes, a career? Nope. So I decided to do a version I could be satisfied with. This mod just allows you to craft wands at the Woodworking table, for witches and vampire witches.
Witches have to use motes to infuse the table with Magic:
Vampire Witches and Traditional Witches can just craft them.
The wands are unlocked with witch or vampire rank and handiness skill (no skill, first rank you can only craft the cheapest one, progressing with skill and rank unlocks the others)
Wands have ingredients but they're not required. If you have the ingredient the crafting is free. Different swatches of the same wand use different crystals depending on the colour of the wand.
Crafted wands can be sold in retail and don't always have the same value:
If you have the frugal perk, ingredients can be saved.
Level 2 handiness + Rank > 1 will unlock the interaction to craft brooms.
All brooms are craftable, ingredients not required as above, retail value changes as above.
Witches need two motes.

Stretchmarks Disabler
It hides stretchmarks skin details in CAS, so they will not be added to your Sim when you use the randomize button. You will not be able to add them manually. And also they will not be added to other Sims generated by the game (NPCs).
