Tea Pot and Green Tea
Are you tired of the usual types of tea present in the game? This mod will add a traditional Japanese teapot and as many as five types of tea to your game. Four of them are green: sencha, matcha, longjing and gyokuro. The fifth is quite exotic - it is a decoction of burdock root. Whichever variety you choose, your Sims will be happy. Now they can relax a little while sitting in an armchair with a cup of delicious tea!

Psychic Mod v1.0
With this mod, your characters will be able to receive psychic abilities as a gift from the spirit of the mysterious urn, which will allow them to feel and control other people's moods, make predictions and much more.

This was originally included as an addon file in SCCO but I removed it due to how frequently it has to be updated. Figured it was better to be a standalone mod so it is easier to update for those that want to use it.
