Family Ties (Social Interaction Mod)
Your character has a family, but for some reason he cannot talk about it and discuss pressing matters. Thanks to this mod, you can finally do this and see how the character feels in the family, what worries him, for example, why the aunt's husband is walking with some suspicious lady. Or maybe your character wants to see his cousin? Now you will know what your characters think about!

Harvestable Yellow Squash
- Yellow Squash can be found under 'Misc Appliances' . Yellow Squash is tagged as a Veggie so can be eaten raw or used in recipes which require veggie as a cooking ingredient.
Simple Loans Mod
A simple tuning mod that will REPLACE the "Invest in Stocks" interaction on the computer. The "Invest in Stocks" interaction is usually locked behind the Investor branch of the Business career, so if you like that interaction or use it often, do NOT use this mod.

Self-Manicure Mod (Spa Day)
Purchase 'Always Polished Nail Polish' under Clutter in Buy Mode. Select 'Home Manicure' on the object or on your sim. Note, interaction will not show up on your sim if you do not have the Nail Polish in your inventory. This is so you can declutter your Sim Menu if you so wish.
Ask For Loan
Your Sims can now contact an investor by phone to come over. They can then ask for a loan. The small loan option will actually charge your Sim with a 20.000 § debt and is thus suitable if you want to have your Sim "pay" for the money the game gave them as a start budget.
