The Actual Functional Spell Book
With this book you can learn magic spells, and it is fully compatible with vampire magic, your vampire sorcerers will be able to learn spells too.
Recipes Enabler
This mod alone gives you only the book (shown in the image). You need to actually install recipes, to be shown in the menus.
Coastal Basements & Pools
This mod opens the possibility of building basements and pools on the coast (in areas with the ocean).
Vampire Potions
Anyway, I give you the Vampire potions. They can be unlocked with the tomes you can find along with the Vampire Lore Tomes in the Vampire Secrets section of the bookcase and PC.
