Phone Animation For Teens Only!
I don't mind the new animation for Sims using their phones when walking, jogging or as a general idle but ideally, I only wanted Teens to do it. When High School Years arrived, I discovered that the adults were doing it too. So I made this little mod.
What Does This Mod Do?
This mod disables the animation for all age groups other than teens; with this installed, only the teens will use the phone animations when walking.
Compatibility
This mod overrides the following files:
buff_Route_UsePhone
buff_Route_UsePhone_PC_Only
idle_Chatting_ListenWithPhone_STC
watch-passive-withphone
As such it will conflict with any other mod that does the same.
If you want to get rid of the animation completely, I recommend the No Constant Phone Mod by lazarushinashes.

Enlist in War Mod (01.08.2023)
This mod adds a new self-interaction to Sims to allow them to enlist in a war. To use this feature, click the active Sim (Teen to Adult) navigate to the "Actions..." menu, where you will find an option to "Register for the Draft".

Better Ladders - Carry items & Climb faster
This tuning mod allows Sims to use ladders while carrying small items (books, dishes, trash bags, laundry, etc.). It also makes Sims climb roughly 50% faster. This value is a good compromise between speeding up the action and maintaining a realistic animation.
Potions Ingredients Overhaul
This mod replaces the required ingredients used to make potions by sorcerers. Instead of crystals and fish, your Sims will collect herbs and insects from the Camping Playset. No more tricks with a single apple, now potions will become like a truly complex art of potion!

Ultrasound Scan Mod
The Sims 4 Ultrasound Mod allows pregnant Sims to visit the gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan. This will help you quickly find out the gender of your unborn child, and will also add a scanned picture to your Sim's inventory!
