Get to Church V 1.0.0.9  

This mod will add a new lot trait - Church and a new character trait - Pastor. With the new trait, you will be able to hold a church service.

Installation Instructions
1. Delete all previous versions of this mod. 
2. Download the mod from the link below.
3. Move ZIP folder to your mods folder 
4. Extract files from the Zip folder using a program such as Winrar or Winzip (if you have multiple folders within your mods folder, make sure the .script file is no more than 1 folder deep).
5. Start your game and in your game settings make sure mods are enabled and that script mods are on. If they are not, check the boxes and then restart your game. 

Traits 
Pastor
This trait can be found in CAS. At least one Pastor sim must be in your world in order for you to start a church event ( It can be your sim or an NPC). 

Spiritual Trait  
This trait is a reward trait that your sim will receive if you win Gold on the Church Service event. *New* You can also give your sim this trait by using a cheat. Simply open up the cheat bar (Shift + Ctrl + C if you use PC) and type in testingcheats on. Then hold Shift and click on the sim you wish to give the trait.
Once your sim has this trait they will gain friendship faster and will act like they have the Good trait. They will also become stressed if they haven't been to church in a while so be mindful of that! Pastors and sims with the Spiritual trait have the ability to use special interactions such as "Offer to Pray For" other sims, which will give the other sim a happy buff. 

Both Pastors and Spiritual sims will now get tense around ghosts, vampires, and spell casters. *New*

Interactions

Get to Church interactions can now be found under the Get to Church  menu when you click on another sim.  
Pastors and/or Spiritual sims can use the following interactions:
"Talk About Church" (Exclusive to being on Church Lot)
"Offer to Pray For"
"Give Offering" (Exclusive to being on Church Lot, and only towards Pastor sims) *New*
"Sing Praises to God" *New*
"Give Testimony" (Has a small chance of making the other sim Spiritual) *New*
"Welcome to Church"  (Exclusive to being on Church Lot) *New*
If your sim is spiritual but also has one of these traits: Mean, Snob, Evil, Jealous 
They will also be able to use the interaction "Gossip About Church Member" *New*

*Please note that some interactions require you to talk to a sim for a while before they show up!*

 Social Events 

Church Service Event
Start a church service event via the phone or calendar. You can choose between a goaled or non goaled event, however I suggest doing the goaled event at least once to get the reward trait.
The only roles required are a pastor and at least 5 sims to attend the service, but I made some other roles so you can play how you want. 
The event is rather easy to get gold in, to complete the main goal you need a microphone or podium (If you have City Living) and have the sim with the pastor trait tell jokes at the microphone or give a speech at the podium. If you used a NPC sim as the pastor, I suggest using the microphone as sims do not autonomously give speeches. 
Once you get gold on theevent, the sim who started the event will receive the Spiritual gameplay trait. If you want another sim in your household to get this trait you will have to start the event again while that sim is selected and win gold again or use the cheat mentioned above. It may be tedious but it makes sure that not everyone in your household gets the trait in case you don't want everyone to be spiritual. 

Lot Traits 

Church Lot  
Build or download your church on a lot and give it the Church Lot lot trait (this is needed in order for certain interactions to work). Your sims will now get a happy buff when on this lot.

Bonus Content
I have recolored a podium from city living and included it for anyone who wants more of a church pulpit look. There are 6 swatches to choose from.

I also included a Holy Bible which you can buy from the computer or bookshelf the way you do any other book. It is under Non Fiction and Children's so you can even read it to your child if you want!
