Holiday Home Standalone Version (Get to Work)
This is my Standalone Version of my “More Buyable Venues and new Venue Types Mod” Holiday Home. It was often requested to make a Standalone Version so here it is.
With this you can buy Holiday Homes (aka more Residential Homes) for your Sims.
This Mod is a Standalone Version of my More Buyable Venues Holiday Homes. If you use that Mod already you don’t need this!
How this Mod works:
1) Go into Build Buy of the Lot you want to become your Holiday Home. Change the Venue Type to Holiday Home.
2) Go back into your Household and use the “Buy Holiday Home” Interaction via Computer under the Household Pie Menu
3) Your Sim will then buy the Holiday Home and travel there. You get the transfer Money Pop Up after arriving where you should transfer the current Amount to your Holiday Home.
4) To be able to Build Buy on the Lot you need Money in your “Holiday Home”. To Transfer Money later on click on “Venue Fund Transfer”.
5) To sell the Holiday Home use the “” in World View.
Be aware:
You can Hire the one Time Services like Maid you can do at home but the regular ones & Butler maybe do not work there.
This is not your Main Home. If your Sims go to work they will go back to their Main Home. If a Sim is still on the Holiday Home Lot you can just Bring them there via the Away Action Options (Bring Sim here). You can also use this Holiday Homes for your Parents to spend the Weekend away for example. Just travel there with them and the switch back to your Sims at Home via the Away Action Option on your Sim at Home.
Important Info
This Mod is a Standalone Version of my More Buyable Venues Holiday Homes. If you use that Mod already you don’t need this!
The Venue List of this Mod are not compatible with any other Venue List so only use mine! It already includes the Venues of Go to School, Get to College, Coolspear’s Multipark and some Adult Mods Venues.
No Auto Change Channels
