Dust Shite - Some Mods
The new kit brought new features to the game. And of course, many were not delighted with them! The author has released a whole set of fixes that will allow you to enjoy the game again. So, let's take a closer look at which file is responsible for what.
Residential Only: should restrict the dust system to residential and rental lots. If the lot is already dirty you need to clean it up. As this uses the same XMLs used to remove the bunnies, No Bunnies and Filth Fiend already includes this, only pick one!
No Route Events: removes the sniffing around every 2 seconds when the house is clean
No Clean Romance buffs: this bullshit
No focused from cleaning: insane focused buffs (?!) all turned into +1 happy buffs.
No Money from Bunnies
Tiny and Haunted Residentials: maxis fixed this, but my mod is left here because I also enabled it in penthouses and rental lots.
Filthy Lot Trait: updated the Filthy lot trait to also affect dust (nope, it doesn't)
Vacuum Autonomy: should reduce the insane vacuum autonomy
No Bunny and Filth Fiend: removes the idiocy. No Audio version also removes the audio bump when the dust appears. Only Pick One!

Run when busting to pee!
This is a simple mod that replaces the slow waddle animation with running animations for sims with low bladder.
Hormone Replacement Therapy
This mod will enable your characters to discover hormone therapy. To get a prescription for drugs, the characters will need to go to the doctor for an appointment, after which he will write them a prescription for the purchase of hormones.
Buy Magical Items + Storage
These function as storage chests, so you are able to put items inside of them. I have also added a custom interaction so you can purchase any items you need from the magic realm.

Keep Books After Publishing
This mod for The Sims 4 will make a sim keep a copy of a book after the book is published. Self-written books in the sim's inventory which have already been submitted to a publisher or the literary digest cannot be republished and will be grayed out.
