TS4 Sim Ripper v3.14.2.2

This is an update for TS4 Sim Ripper by CmarNYC, who passed away last year. I am providing this update as a community service to those who use it. This is a temporary thread until Cmar's tool finds a new home, which hopefully is in the works.

Some differences with the previous version:
1. Compiled with .NET 6 - requires the .NET Desktop Runtime x64 to run this version.
2. Works only on 64-bit operating systems. If you're using a 32 bit version of Windows, this version will not work for you.

All credit goes to CmarNYC. I only made minor changes for patch compatibility. For more info, see the original post by CmarNYC.

Please do not ask for support for TS4 Sim Ripper in other parts of the forum. The tool was always supported elsewhere, and no one here is familiar with it.

Anyone interested in working on this tool is welcome to download the source code, which is linked below the Download link. Please credit CmarNYC for her work.
