Blaston is a first-person shooter with fitness game elements. The title is aimed at owners of virtual reality helmets and is designed for online battles between live opponents. But the single mode in this project is also available. There is also the opportunity to play darts and have fun in arcade mini-games, record and review matches, share screenshots with other users. Fights here are held in the format of duels. The selection of rivals takes place in the lobby, stylized as the Ozo Lounge. In order for two users to start a battle, their avatars must bang their fists. Fights take place in neon arenas. You can participate in friendly meetings and championships.

In the Blaston game, you cannot fully move around the map. Characters stand on pedestals they can walk within and fire at close range. You can pick up weapons that appear on these platforms, as well as crouch and lean in different directions. Projectiles move slowly, so players often have time to dodge enemy bullets. Thanks to this mechanic, the gameplay is reminiscent of slo-mo gunfights. To win the round (there are 3 of them in total), you need to push the opponent out of his pedestal or demolish his entire HP bar. There is a profile boost here. Gamers level up and are rewarded with access to new weapons, heroes and skins.
