VxKex 0.0.0.3  

This project allows you to run some Windows 8+ applications on Windows 7.

Currently, it is in a pre-release state although you can build and use it for some apps.

Compatibility Fixes
	- Added some extra DPI functions to support new (4.4.3) versions of
	  qBittorrent.
General Improvements
	- Add NtRaiseHardError hook in order to provide more useful error
	  messages and easier bug reporting.

This time the 32 bit setups are not included because they probably don't work (have never been tested). You can still run 32 bit applications on a 64 bit computer/OS under VxKex.
