Vehicles are removed if not seen for a configurable period of time (0 to disable), and a new random vehicle is spawned in a random zone in a random cell to replace them.

This will be expanded with more backpacks, including custom modeled ones, as time permits and ideas come up.

Craftable engine parts. Hardly the first mod to do this, but balanced in a way that's kinda inbetween the other offerings in a niche I felt was not available yet.
