Small tires can be picked up off of the ground and used in a brand new wheel recipe.

Recipe:
Car Tire Small Flat x1
Forged Iron x2
Oil x2

Pick Up Workstations
Workstations can now be picked up with a wrench. Instead of breaking down into parts,
it will now put the workstation into your inventory once you finish dismantling it.

Pick Up Solar Banks

Solar Banks can now be picked up with a wrench. Instead of breaking down into parts,
it will now put the solar bank into your inventory once you finish dismantling it.

Respawning Vehicles

All vehicles now have the ability to respawn. Different vehicle types have different respawn times.
Once it is fully dismantled, a big tire will be left where it was. The respawned vehicle will be lootable
again if it comes back as a lootable vehicle. All cars come back in a random state.

Respawn Times:
Short (12 days) - Cars
Medium (15 days) - School Bus, City Bus, Ambulance
Long (17 days) - Short School Bus, Shuttle Bus,
Mo Power Truck, Working Stiffs Truck
Very Long - (22 days) - Army Truck

The respawn time is based on the default game day of 60 minutes. Each "Day" is equal to 1 real hour.
If you set your game day to 2 hours per day, they will respawn in half the "days". Twice the "days" if you set it to 30 minute days.
