This mod replaces the genital A so the textures are a bit funky and this probably adds wangs to other characters that didn't previously have them. But that is of course a bonus.
Installation:
- Choose your desired version and download it
- Extract the download file
- Move the "Generated" folder from the extracted contents to your Baldur`s
- gate 3 DATA folder. Example: "C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data"
