Welcome to unique mod, Balance Plus Mod with many unique features which I implemented first!
This mod is NOT A CHEAT, but balanced and I made this mod to make you happy!

What this mod do:

1. Upgradeable Unique force points (mana) regeneration system - the more you upgrade your flasks, the better fp regen you will have;
2. Difficulty fix: Enemies deal 50% damage less;
3. Invisible enemies fix;
4. Pickup runes after death without need to go for them;
4a. Sometimes you can't pickup immediately runes after death, this is probably because you died in different loaded area and unfortunately I can't fix this problem because it is problem with game, so the only workaround is to get close to that area;
5. Crimson Amber Medallion now regen health points depending on which one you have;
5a. Crimson Amber Medallion now lowers equip weight depending on which one you have;
6. More Memory Stones can be bought at shop "Twin Maiden Husks";
6a. Price for Memory Stones has been risen to 10000 to make it balanced;
7. Blessed Dew Talisman now regenerates 33 hp every 3 seconds;
8. Arrows damage has been risen to make archer class more playable;
8a. All Bone arrows types now can cause "bleeding" effect;
8b. Bolts and Lordsworn's Bolts have now bigger damage;
8c. Bone Bolts now can cause "bleeding" effect;
9. Blessing Boon incantation now lasts 240 seconds;
10. Cerulean Amber Medallion +1 and +2 now regenerates small amount of fp;
11. Optional File Damage Reduction 20 Percent;
12. Optional File NO Damage Reduction;
13. Some Black Flame Incantations lasts longer and deal damage every second (debuff does not stack);
14. Added unlimited quantities of multiple very useful items such as Larval Tear to shop "Twin Maiden Husks";
15. Changed duration of Gold and Silver-Pickled Fowl buffs to 6 minutes;
16. Increased duration of Incantations such as "Flame Fortification" to 6 minutes;
17. "Memory of Grace" item no longer removes all runes from player after use;
18. Ashes of War now are not limited to weapon types, except some to bows and shields to prevent bugs;
19. Changed quantity of some crafted items such as "Rainbow Stone", "Bone Dart" recipes;
20. Changed hp regen on Incantation Bestial Vitality to 1 every 0.1 second.

Installation:

*** ONLY FOR OFFLINE/SINGLE PLAYER PLAYING!!! ***

0. Backup your save files;
1. Disable EAC;
2. Backup somewhere your file regulation.bin in your Elden Ring/Game directory;
3. Extract "regulation.bin" from Balance Plus archive to your Elden Ring/Game directory;
4. To make work of force points regeneration drink one Flask of Cerulean Tears;
4a. To get faster fp regen you must upgrade your flasks (power of them, not quantity);
4b. After your hero die, to get back fp regen drink again one Flask of Cerulean Tears;
5. For health regen you must find other Crimson Amber Medallions (+1,+2);
6. Installing optional files is the same like standard version;
7. Mod works with current saves - no need to start from beginning;
8. New versions of mod install same like above and overwrite old;
9. If game is updated and your game crashes after with mod:
*** This procedure is only required if you get an error saying that your save file is broken ***
*** otherwise please wait till new version of mod will be made and uploaded. ***
a) Backup your save file somewhere for safety;
b) Restore original unmodded regulation.bin file to "Game" folder;
c) Start game and load your last save;
d) While in game, save the game once and quit;
e) Install compatible version of mod released for your current version;
f) If there is no working compatible version to your current game version please wait till it will be made and uploaded.

This is my first mod for Elden Ring, so if you find any bugs or problems please let me know.
