Colored Powertips

This mod colors the powertips seen when hovering over the player or enemy.
It colors them like this:
Green = Buff
Red = Debuff
Additional options for other colors are in the mod config menu!
Why would you need this, you might ask. Simple, when mods come into play it's not that easy to differentiate between the two anymore. Furthermore, it makes it easier to get the information you want quickly.
