RTX Lumen Nanite  

This mod aims to give a good visual quality without sacrifising too much performance, RTX is partially enabled by default you can change it at: 

[/Script/Engine.RendererSettings]
r.RayTracing.ForceAllRayTracingEffects=0

Change the 0 to 1 in Engine.ini

then

in GameUserSettings.ini

bUseHDRDisplayOutput=True
HDRDisplayOutputNits=1000

change HDR to false if you don't have HDR and if your do change the max nits to your monitor max nits

Location of files: C:\Users\----\AppData\Local\Pal\Saved\Config\Windows

Apologies for the screenshots there is some banding but it is probably due to my HDR enabled and the conversion of JXR pictures to PNG because in game it does not look like that
