Anomaly Sky Bloom Fix

This is Shader Fix for over Bloom/White Sky in Anomaly!

Shader was wrongly edited !

That white sky was caused by constantly enabled color grading shader - it's now enabled only when r_color_grading values are higher than 0

Here is the fix for DX10/DX11

Update: It is fixed for DX9 too!!!

I have updated Archive, and now contain All Renderer Fix!!!

Simply put mod in your gamedata folder, DELETE SHADER CACHE and that is it!
