HQ Glass Overlay
Also known as: Top #1 moddb add-on, changes the glass mask textures into new better quality ones.
DISCLAIMER
Since lots of people in the comment are mistaking this add-on for a new feature or a work of space engineering, I want to clarify this: I didn't do anything else other than re-drawing the textures from scratch, in better quality. I don't know jack shit about shaders and I just make textures.
The glass shader was already a base Anomaly feature.
DESCRIPTION
This add-on changes the mask_nm_x.dds (1-10) that control the mask glass effect and the cracks that show up on the screen when your helmet gets damaged. The vanilla textures were very low quality (specially the peripheral condensation drops) and the compression shittified everything even more, so i decided to remake them. Now it should be in better quality (the overall effect should be more tridimensional and less flat) and the damage is generally more visible so that the last two or three damage levels make it really difficult for the player to see anything, forcing him to repair the helmet asap.

11.10.22 - Improved the texture quality. Removed the ugly curved lines at the corners of the screen, in proximity of the glass curve. I also removed all the additional dirt effect because it caused lots of graphical inconsistencies and reverted back to one simple unique version, so no FOMOD needed anymore.
