Luxury Japanese Apartment (No CC)  

This apartment build was my contribution to the I Love Japan Collab. I was among 45 simmers who transformed San Myshuno and Mt. Komorebi into Japan in the Sims 4.

The Luxury Japanese Apartment is a two-storey penthouse unit located at VIII Landgraab in Uptown San Myshuno. It's designed in the modern Japanese style and can house up to 6 sims. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 toilets and 3 baths. There is also a study and meditation area as well as an outdoor garden where your sims can grow harvestables. 

NOTE: Tray files and my Gallery contain the ground floor and 2nd floor of this apartment. Since you cannot easily just save apartments (and most especially platforms), please be sure to extract each room and save them to your library before placing them in the actual lot. Expect some objects to not show as intended.
