Mocktail Dispenser is a small appliance that can be used to make different types non-alcoholic cocktails. It can be found in buy mode under "Appliances -> Small appliances". It costs 200$, and it comes in 3 different colors.
When you press on the object you'll see an option to make mocktail, it will open a selection menu and you can choose from 16 different types.
The item can be placed on counter top, tables, etc.

Vegetarian Sims will no longer grab non vegetarian leftovers from the fridge. Sims with the child of the ocean trait will no longer grab meals containing fish.
