Willow Creek: Liberty Avenue  

Lot Types: Park, Restaurant, Residential, Residential
Lot Sizes: 40x30, 30x20, 30x20, 30x20

This is a connected set of lots with several amenities, a high train and a street running through all 4 lots. The lots are placed in Willow Creek replacing the community lots. 2 of them are Residential, 1 Park and 1 Restaurant. I use the Auto Employees mod from Little Ms Sam to fill the vendors, buskers and others. You can fill the apartments with a big household or ROOMMATES feature from University. 

Take special care when placing the lots. First use "bb.moveobjects on" cheat code to make sure nothing goes missing. Then you must place them in this order (from left to right):

Train Station, Restaurant, Bar Flats, Apt Complex. 

You might change the order but it will most definitely mess with the train, so keep that in mind (you might need to re-arrange the cars). Also they should be placed with the train side looking to the water. They work the other way around but this way it looks much better. Take a look at the Map Screenshot to make sure how it goes just in case ;).
