Simdestvo Fair by DreamHouse (Katerina)  

Original build was an art deco build by the super talented James Turner, but after playing with his school for a while, I decided to change it into a japanese build :)

This charming little farm is composed of 3 main cottages. The left one is for the animal keepers, the right one is for the gardeners and the middle one is an old family home.

Works like a library with computers, suitable for pumping any skills thanks to the properties of the site. There is a science lab for logic and rocket science skills, a platform for debates and a playground for street musicians.

This mini-mart was originally created by bangkok sims. This is a complete redesign with cc from flirtyghoul and other cc creators.
