Sims 4 - Académie des Arts Obscurs for Glimmerbrook & the Magic Realm

When I first launched the game to play with Realm of Magic, I was so impatient to test the gameplay… until I saw the lot in the Magic Realm. Then, I knew I had to do something!

The lot size was a bit too small to create a big magic school like Hogwarts, so I decided to do something smaller, and perfectly usable in game. And I also wanted to be able to live there, so I started my build on the biggest lot of Glimmerbrook, and then redo the landscaping for the Magic Realm version.

And after two and a half days of work, here is the result!

I hope you will have as much fun exploring it as I enjoyed building it! I couldn’t show everything in the screens, so don’t hesitate to download the lot and have a look at it. You can use both versions, imagine that the school exist between two worlds, both in Glimmerbrook and in the Magic Realm!

• You may have to use the cheat bb.enablefreebuild to enable the buy/build mode in the Magic Realm, to edit and replace the lot.
• There is a issue with the columns height since the patch. If they are to tall when you install the build, change the wall height and undo the change, it should correct the bug.
• If you don’t want all the sims to dance when visiting the lot in the Magic World, change the radio station to Classic music.
• The dueling ground at the back is functional, there is enough space to fight! Ask your sims to go there before their duel.
• All the plants needed for the potions are in the small greenhouse, or in the garden.

Info : Residential, 30x40 for Glimmerbrook, and 40x50 for the Magic Realm.

Playtested as usual, without CC, use bb.moveobjects on before placing the lot.

And as a bonus, I also (heavily) edited the three Sages !

Don’t go in Live Mode with them (otherwise, they will lose their jobs), install them on a empty lot then evict them immediately.  They will appear in the Manage Households window, move them in the Other Households tab. And don’t forget to delete the old ones (the Ember, Faba and Silversweater households), so the game will use these one instead.
