Vampiric family home that looks decrepit and worn down from the exterior but has had nothing but love over the years on the interior.

This house is made for a family with one child (infant). It was built on Red Roan Field lot (64x64) in Chestnut Ridge. The house also has an office and a wine room.

When the old train tracks were taken down it was decided to keep the old grand terminal, as well as the subway below even if there were no more trains. But soon it fell to disrepair and disregard. The Old Train Terminal is a failure of urban renewal.
