Here’s my first build with the Cottage Living Expansion Pack: a Barn Conversion, made with no CC! It’s built on a 20x30 lot in the new world, Henford on Bagley :)

30x20 residential lot, works best in forgotten hollow; fully furnished and functional (please declutter the counters a bit for your sims to be able to prepare food on them); 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom;

The lot was created using the same "Blueprint of Madisons House Party Lot" form the very first release. the lot is not 100% the same as I have added my own twist when creating it for the sims 4, just as a warning I hope you enjoy the download.
